When you get to 3/4 of a tank top it up again then at 1/2.

Was after making them out of steel and polishing them. so wanted the edge to look good and fit right.

Any one with any more info .

Hi i am after some door car templates to cut some new.
The back door and sliding door to if poss so they can all be the same.

Dose any one know where you can get them from in CAD format (is that right) so i can get them laser cut/ milled out ?

I have a type 4 in the back of the beach buggy and thre is nothing holding the exhaust up just the alt bracket.
you can put you hole body wight on it no probs

Dont know about space.
i have them fitted to my beach buggy not in a camper.

Well all was sorted then 1 mile in to test drive a big ticking then oil every where.
Looks like the engine is "pooh".
So getting one more then putting that in in 2 week when back from my hols.

Well it dose not go I need help

The engine starts but will only rev to 2 g and is running realy ruff on any thing but idle.

Have tryed every thing timming etc.

Any one got a clue?

Yes they are £5 ish i think.

it is the little bearing in side the flywheel.

well started to take the old engine out after work and got it all ready to drop tomorrow when i get a engine lift.
the new 1Y is all apart with a new cambelt readt to go on tomorow as well.

think it should be done by the end of the day

I am looking at leaving the old dipstick in as well.

Thanks for that Camper.should be all the Qs cleared up. Pick up the engine tonight after work so should do a few hours on it tonight be for it is dark. Going to fit a new cluch and cam belt thats why i need to know be for i try fitting it which cluch to get. Have been looking at the old posts thats ...

So i have to change my 1.6 this weekend as it know spills out so much smoke you cant see behind you. Not done this befor so it should be fun.
