Thanks for your help. I did't want to waste my money. I need to drive from Northern Poland to South coast of UK with a trailer and all my rubbish, as moving back to the UK after 13 years working here. The little 1.6 struggles at the best of times as the camper weighs 1.8tons.

Just been quoted 110 pounds for sorting my rust and respray 1 whole side and under the window, door on other side. including metalic paint and finishing. 2 days work.

But I live in Poland, thats why I'm getting my bus sorted before moving back home to England in the Summer.

Just had my gearbox changed and asked them to change the clutch at the same time as had a lot of travel before engaging. Apparently a new one was fitted but it still seems the same. I have just had my half dead 4 speed swithced over to a 5speed. I didn't know the linkage needed to be changed, tha garage bodged it make it work.Getting second is hell. I have just got a set of porsche clocks for my bus. 1.6D (but getting changed when I win lotto) One is a normal tell the time clock, I can wire that in no problem.
