I would recommend that you speak to Richard about this but as far as I am aware you may need to change the flywheel for a manual one.
RJES bellhousing kit is top quality and I believe he is developing more kit for the conversion now.

My ECU is located under the seat to try and keep things as original as possible - if you can get that by sticking a scooby motor in

No I mean AGT. Sorry. This is a 5spd box with ratios for a 1.9 or heavily loaded camper as is mine.

Yes I have noticed that the gearlinkages are bent in funny ways so I will try to do the same.

I took everything from the gearbox right through to the gearchange selector to the linkage to the gearstick from the same van. So I am at a little bit of a loss at the moment.

Hi I have run into a slight problem. I have swapped a 5 spd box to a 4 spd DK box however the front gearbox mount does not reach the original mounting holes by about 5cm. Anyone have any ideas as to what I am missing here. Also the linkage from the 4spd doesn't seem to reach either. Am I going mad? ...

Head gaskets have gone and I am preparing for removing the engine and gearbox (got a spare gearbox to go in). The motor I am pretty sure is an MV. Is this going to cause me any problems as I was thinking of doing the pistons and barrels at the same time and this country seems to be mainly DJ motors.

I am getting a clicking noise from rear of the van when i go round roundabouts. Which CV joint or driveshaft is it. I seem to remember that it will be the nearside. I need to confirm. Also will it be simpler to replace the driveshaft or is it better to do the CV joint. I've done em on a Mini and the...
