Cheers for the reply. The bloke who completed the conversion to AAZ (Russel at Synchronutz) tells me that it must be replaced by a T25 original pump or i will have to re-route the hoses and change the pump mountings. By the flushing of the system I guess you mean bleeding any air out?

I wasn't aware of that one but It's the fact that there are bolts that are recessed deep in the sump channels that would need an alen key about a foot long to get to. I was wondering if there is a special key on the market or do i need to make one?

I bought one from Merlin Diesel supplies Ltd and had them fit it, it cost me over £700. After about 1000 miles i decided to change engine for an AAZ which left the pump surplus. It's in the garage and you can have it for a small fee. PM me if you're interested.

I would like to fit a set of dash gauges with a rev counter, there are a few on ebay are they difficult to fit? Where does the rev sensor connect?

They are going on a 1.9td conversion.

has anyone had any experience fitting an inter/charge cooler to an AAZ conversion? I've had a good look through the site and found plenty of reference but little advice.

That's sound advice, I think I'll stick with a regular tank, they're easier to get hold of, easier to fit and a lot cheaper.
