hi kev,have you smelt a fuel smell coming from the van,if so it could be the tank is rusty on top ,i had this on my old van and water was getting in, i hope it isnt that on your van.bluebus,

hello i have just had carat/caravelle alloy wheels fitted to my caravelle on the front,i had the old 185 r 14 c tyres fitted as the chap at the tyre place said they were as good as the 205/70 r 14 ones, and i had 205/70r 14's on the back,can any one tell what tyre pressures i should be running on if...

have just put a set of vw carat alloys on my caravelle they had decent tread on two but i had to change the others .So i put two of the good tyres off my steel wheels on the front,does any one know if this would change the tyre pressures. bluebus.

Thanks to toomanytoys,Iwill try the short shifter when i have got the clutch problem sorted out which may take awile as i am not a mechanic. Have you got plenty of the shifters and do they come with instructions for the turbo diesel ? cheers bluebus (shaun)

Hi I have a 1990 caravelle 1600 td .when ichange gear from first to second and third to forth the gears grind slightly .does anyone know if this can be adjusted.On my old van there was a cable going to the gearbox you could adjust it was an air cooled t25 ,is this the same on the turbo diesel.Also h...

Hi i put some rover 216 seats in my last t25 they unbolt quite easily from the rover .To put them in the van I had to drill through the runners and the bodywork .On the side nearest the door its easy just bolt through the runners and tighten the nuts from under the wheelarch.To get to the other side...
