fixed my brakes last month had a rock hard pedle on mine and brakes worked ok on investigating found the rear brakes siezed up so i replaced the lot on the rear had a look at the fronts as well needed new calipers as well so replaced the hole system disces pads calipers hoses drums shoes spring kit ...

fitting original vw windows to a panel van is fine just kampers do a window fitting kit for a panel van think thats £100+vat dont know if you can buy them seperatly then you have got to buy the second hand windows they are going for £40+del on ebay so that lot will be close on £200 and your proberbl...

hi thanks guys looks like a bloody tank down job thanks for the tip about a ten mm long nut trouble with that is you could only ajust up the rear cables as far as the sleave my not be enough to tighten handbrake,steve

hi all does anybody know if you have to drop the petrol tank to replace the front handbrake cable would be a lot of hassel just to renew a cable,steve :roll:
