I’m currently on this job now, both high low speeds not working, I could test the thermostat because the 4 bolts are so corroded. I replaced the whole thermostat and housing in the end. Still no fan, tested the can motor by bridging the wires and it spun on high, I tested the RESISTOR for low speed ...
