Wiring Dilema
Can anyone help by putting up a photograph of the wiring to a 1.9 piersburg carb I have just converted from deisel to 1.9 wassboxter and got all the loom etc and terminal box but i cant seem to fathom out which cable goes to what , i have an Haynes manual but still cant sort it so if I could visuall...

Tried everything to remove it in the end I bit the bullet and removed the head took it to a machine shop were they eventually drilled it out and inserted a new helicoil, but whilst taking the head of its broken a few rings on one piston closest to the rear of the vehicle now I have a further problem...

Problem changing plugs
Putting new plugs into my 1.9 DG boxter engine and the plug has seperated from the outside thread leaving the thread part of the plug left in the head. Has anyone any idea how I can remove it as its solid fast in the head without taking the head of and getting it drilled out and an helix coil thingy...

Not a clue what you mean by black box
if you have changed from derv to a real engine, did you also remove the glow plug timer relay from the black box on the firewall? and replace it with the carb heater realy for the dg carb? you need to, or connecting all those wires still wont give you a carb heater..... Were do I find the glow plug...

Hi I have just converted a deisel to a 1.9 DG waterboxer engine and i need help with the wiring. I have the loom from a waterboxer petrol that I have connected to in the the rear junction box which has replaced the deisel loom and plugged into the existing connectors.
