Hello , have recently got a Clarke mig welder and want to have a go at spot welding. I’ve seen that you can get a spot welding adapter to fit on the tip, is this the best way to learn as I’m a novice. Follow the red wire back from the control switch . normally the inline fuse holder will be either tucked up the back of the loom out of the switch or just inside the steering column cowling Thanks for the tips Steve followed the red wire to fuse only to find the fuse was ok however I did find that...

Problem with Gas/petrol switch
A duplicate post fro electrical. Hi folks I went to start my van this morning and it did start and run for a short period and then cut out and is refusing to start again .One thing I did notice was the Petrol / Gas switch lights that were initially on had now gone off and are refusing to come back ...

Hi help needed I have a leaky roof vent and am wondering whether something like Plumbers Mait would make a suitable non setting bedding compound when I refit the vent, thanks

check your rocker covers I had one that had rusted through and there was a small hole in it which was letting oi leak through it, changed the cover, gasket and spring clip took half an hour and the parts were less than a tenner from Brickwerks.

A few of us own Smart cars. They make a good pair as they're easy to tow and once your camper is parked you've got the Smart to make local runs ;) My Classic mini 30 weighs between 580 -686kg not towed it yet with my camper, as I am in the process of a bare metal restoration on the mini but lookout...

I've done exactly the same as kentishvanman. I cut the high top using a small blade in an oscillating multi-tool - no chance of damaging or cracking with one of these.
