Hi people I'm hoping somebody can help, I have a 2.0 CU with standard twin solex carbs that has started running rough. I noticed petrol leaking from what I thought was the carb top gasket so took off the air filter and ran the engine and found the choke flap jumping around a lot when I rev the engin...

Re: DAB Radio & Aerial
Thanks folks for all your replies, in the end I went for a refurbished Pure Highway H260 from Halfords and an Autoleads stick on DAB antenna, the fitting was pretty straightforward and
so far the reception is pretty good even up here in Cumbria where all reception is sometimes flaky.

Re: New VW Heat Exchangers?
I just spoke to my local vw van centre and they checked and said they can get them from germany in 7 to 10 working days but at a cost of.........
LHS £393.00 + VAT, RHS £408.00 plus VAT

Can anyone recommend somewhere to buy decent quality ones at a reasonable price?

New VW Heat Exchangers?
I hope this isn't a stupid question but I am wanting to replace the heat exchangers on my 81 2.0 T25 and wondered where best to buy them from? I had a look on VAGCAT and noticed that both heat exchangers are still showing as available, does that mean I can go into my local VW dealer with the part nu...

Eber B2L Help
Hi I have somehow misplaced the clip that holds the temperature switch in place in my B2L heater, see pic below. I wondered if anyone had an old heater they have removed from their van that they might part with the clip [IMG:640:480]http://i229.photobucket.com/albums/ee32/mojo175/DSC00051.jpg[/img] ...

Eberspacher Temperature Switch
I'm in the process of changing the temperature switches in my B2L and wondered if someone could tell me how to attach the switch that sits on top of the combustion chamber as it doesn't have a screw type bracket like the safety cut-out switch?
Cheers
Tony.
