Your pump is a non turbo 1.9D pump. Your engine block is 1.9D/TD. I assume they were matched and it is a 1Y code engine. Having recently posted about my electric problems.. Things got worse! Driving on a Spanish motorway, the throttle stuck open, full speed!! Couldn't see the issue (so obvious when I finally saw it! Dear Friends, This looks like the correct Circuit diagram for my loose grey/black lead, Possibly instrument Dash problem.. It's plugged into the back of the E Socket, but where does it come from in the first place to arrive at the back of the E Socket, and help gladly accepted.. https://i.imgur.com/...

the 'black' wire with the exposed connector floating around looks like it's grey and blue which is dash lights circuit - which pin is it in the E connector, the pins are labelled with that information you can look on the wiring diagram and see where it is supposed to be connected to wiring dagrams ...

Manually filled the tank with the Dalek cap, light gone..

Ok, first thing is to establish the low coolant sender is working , disconnect the plug from it and bridge the two pins on the plug , turn ignition on, it self tests for a few seconds and then will go out if the wiring and module and dash are ok….. if this results in the light staying on, check t...
