Wondering if anyone has used a GlowShift adapter plate on a CT engine and if so how well did it work. I am thinking about it because I could put a oil temp bulb in the plate not have to modify the engine cases in any way. Or do you folks have other ideas for monitoring oil temp?

Thanks. I was worried about running at that high of Rpm for a few hours at a time. my ring and pinon is a 5.43.

Well I don’t have to split the cases. The reason that I thought I would have to split the cases was I had a tappit that went bad and I could not get it out using a strong magnet. What I ended up doing was using a drywall screw and screwing it in to the oil transfer hole in the top of the lifter. The...
