Hi Peeps I have fitted a new oil pump and its not working :cry: Which of the bores feeds the head and which returns it to the sump ? :? Does the oil go through the filter before or after the head ? :? I have checked the rings and they appear to be fine but it is smoking more than I do, thats a lot ,...

Glen, You nearly hit the nail on the head but they are slightly more devious with the paper work, remember they have had a lot of practice. As for taking the landy to morocco get all paperwork translated / presented and stamped by the spanish embassy here in the UK and you should not have a problem....

Hi All Just got back from Almunecar, Spain and having spoken to locals English, Spanish and the Guardia Civil they are MEGA tight on right hand drives with some hurendous fines!!!!!!!!!! :( :( :( So I am selling Nancy and buying a left hand drive so to keep the guuardia happy and money in my pocket....

Thanks for the replies, The reason that I am going to fit the oil cooler is that with the tempreature in Spain being alot higher than here in UK and would rather be safe than sorry. Thanks for all of the advice Guys n Gals, So a 6x4 that is not over loaded is fine, 1000kg max :D Might be a problem avoiding the Pyrenees ! I shall research the costal route, google earth time 8) As for motorways thats sit at 50mph and chill 8) watch the water temp, oil temp and oil pressure gauges...

All I can remember is that they are BIG and have a fitted ground sheet, ok in this country but they are not liked on some sites in europe, mind you they dont like alot over there :D
Saw one in Skeggy and they have a lot of room in them, ideal for a family job.
