Help with Distributor Manual Points/Weber 34 Dat Carb set up
Hello all, I'm looking for some general input/advice on distributor set up coils and Weber carb. Please bear with me as this is all a bit confusing to me and I'm still new to T25 ownership hence the request for general advice and possibly not the right terminologies etc... So here goes.... When I pu...

Re: Wiring to Rear Lights
Thanks again Steve I will look to replace the top of the housing then so will still have a bleed screw but will be newer and hopefully not likely to fail. As for the manifold heater I will sort it but was just checking that it isn't crucial. I have a number of other things at play, like a weber carb...

Re: Wiring to Rear Lights
Hi mioba Yes, these T25's really are the gift that just keeps on giving aren't they! Luckily I have some recently purchased wiring looms that I can replace them with so that will help as will check them all out of the van and change/update any parts that need it. Thanks for the tip on grease, intere...

Re: Wiring to Rear Lights
Super thank you always more work and investigation to be done!!! Are there any issues apart from real cold starts with not having the relay wired in? It isn't at the moment and I haven't noticed any issues, famous last words I know! When you say you wouldn't trust the bleed screw does that mean you ...

Re: Wiring to Rear Lights
Thanks for the feedback I will trace the brown wire back to see where it leads to. If I have understood you correctly Arrow 1 for the red wire should be connected to the stud in the black box and is missing the live feed to it (possibly the brown wire) or missing all together. I'm guessing at the mo...

Re: Wiring to Rear Lights
Hi Steve Thank you for the quick reply I did wonder if it was a towbar/trailer bodge! I actually have a new rear lights loom so think I will just replace the lot with that as you suggest and start again! As for the black junction box I have bought one of those too to fit, the only real issue I can s...

Hi all Still new to this T25 ownersgip and only my 3rd post I'm in the process of getting my van ready for MOT and trying to fix a number of issues I have a rear indicator light that doesn't work and after investigating I have this unusual wiring that I was hoping someone might recognise? Re: Air Filter Box Pipes
Thanks again Aidan I have taken the pipe off today and the part number is indeed the one you've provided. Annoyingly it is different sizes each end 65 one and 70 the other end so will make finding a suitable replacement in silicon more difficult. :| Thank you also for the parts link that is a new on...

Re: New Fuel Lines
Thanks for your help I did email BW and their response is below "Sorry no idea, as its not a conversion we’ve ever been involved with. If you can tell me the length and size of your existing hose though I can check" I'm happy to measure with a vernier and will double check, do you know tho...

Re: Air Filter Box Pipes
Thanks Aidan, That is really helpful and I guess can be removed as non essential which is why I'm guessing you don't see them very often in other engine pictures? Any thoughts on the pipe with the red arrow, this is split and needs replacing, is this required or all part of the same heating solution...

Hi all, This is my first post so please be kind 😁 . Just bought my first T25 a tin top, 1.9DG wbx. I want to update the fuel lines as one of my first jobs as I don't know the history.
