I had the same with my 1.6d. It turned out to be too much oil in the engine, which was caused by the dip stick being too short (new enigine had been fitted). Emptied the oil and then refilled with 4.5l of oil and it only just touched the bottom of the dipstick!!!! The problem has now gone, no buzzer...

Looking to improve braking performance of my 1.6d T25 and wondered if anyone had any experience of these:
