Re: Help with interior pillars and window trim - paint or headliner fabric?
Its fixed wth concealed screws and spots of bonding adhesive, the headliner is easier to do with the Carat trim,no need to remove the windows either, if you google VW T3 Carat interior you will see the trim in place, its the german spec Carat not the USA version. Yeh thanks, sounds good. Yeh, I fou...

Re: Help with interior pillars and window trim - paint or headliner fabric?
Is that a LHD van ? I have a complete Carat pillar trim kit that would sort out all that bare metal work, its the original factory kit in light grey and covers all the areas you have in your photos and continues into the cab and above the windscreen and comes with original sun visors in the same co...

The easy option is stretch carpet but to be honest, don't really like that look - never liked carpet - wou...

I had a franken-seat set up with a late style captain back (with adjustable armrests) grafted o...

Re: AAZ (syncro) Aux coolant pump/switch
Sounds like someone fitted a sensor in error rather than a switch if you have 3 the same. Just test it with the new switch. ( I don't know what the 2nd wire is for though as my van had lost its JX setup before I got it) Yeh thanks - was thinking the same. Was just curios why it was only coming on n...

AAZ (syncro) Aux coolant pump/switch
Hi folks, recently went out to find the new van had a flat battery which turned out to be due to the Aux afterrun pump permanently running after the engine is switched off. The van came with an AAZ installed by a previous owner (from a JX) so not sure about how it's been set up. As I understand it t...
