Never had any issues with the cork gaskets ( fitted with a finger full of multipurpose grease) and original rocker covers . Are your heads damaged where the gasket fits? Yeah that's literally what everyone is saying to me 🥴🤦 I've tried 2 different types of cork gasket and have cleaned and wire wool...

PLEASE can anyone help with this one? I'm fairly experienced with the engine but this one has brought me to my knees! Yeah, done that. Made sure they are all tight and can't feel any play in there.

I would say it must be internal to the gearbox if you have eliminated the engine mounts and the gearbox nose mount and you are sure there is no slack in the driveshaft CVs . There isnt anything else in the drive train . Maybe you need to get someone to look under whilst taking up the drive slack to...
