I think it might be negative switching can't remember but mine was the same just cleaned up the terminals and put on fresh crimps ,get someone in the van to operate reverse gear use a multil meter on ohms or the buzzer is easier make sure the switch is operational just test one probe on each terminal

Any joy finding a donor or fabricator as I need the same I can see into my van from the outside not using the window lol

Cheers all I have measured mine also 570mm oil is just touching minimum level I'll add another half making 4.5 in total see how that goes next job is gearbox oil change sort out reversing switch and brake service as I have to plan a week in advance if I need to brake even with front discs

Hi any help please ,what is the correct length for my t3 1980 2l air-cooled engines dip stick I've just done an oil change book says 3.5 litres including oil filter but dip stick is dry ??? Added another half litre so now 4 in total, seemed to take out a lot more ?? Either book is wrong or incorrect...

Is dubflecta working? I'm after the L shaped wind deflectors???

Hi any one help I have just inherited a1980 T25/T3 but I think I have a hose missing in the engine bay I have hose from left to right carb manifold but I think it should also T off the the top section of the left carb any help with this I want to also make sure all vacuum hoses are in correct place ...
