Hi All, Just in case it helps someone out in the future, i made the new part fit by drilling one new hole and elongating one of the other. As long as you have a continuous seal around the o-ring, all seams to be good. £18 for the new top verses £180 for a complete pump. https://i.imgur.com/jpelGK2...

Thanks for the info, ill do some digging.
With a bit of drilling i may be able to make the new cover fit as a temporary measure, it only has to seal round the o-ring afterall.
