No it wasn’t slipping before however the pedal was still right on the top so as soon as you touch the pedal the clutch disengaged

Thanks again everyone I will try to release the pressure by bleeding again The clutch doesn’t slip all the time it’s only when I put my foot down sometimes it just doesn’t bite straight away I am going to try all the suggestions to see if it helps I’ll keep you posted on my progress thanks again eve...

Hi all thanks for replying I fitted a slave cylinder and complete clutch from heritage parts when you put your foot on the clutch pedal it dis engages straight away I have been told you can cut the slave cylinder bar by 5mm is this correct and will it help The system has been bled correctly and ther...

Clutch problem
I have fitted a new clutch and slave cylinder the clutch is slipping I have been told I can alter the bar on the slave cylinder is this ok or can anyone recommend anything else to stop the clutch slipping
