Morning All. Can I seek your best guesses on a headlight problem. Van is a 1.6 TD (now AAZ) 1986, later style fuse box. My dip beam has stopped working. Main beam is fine, although it will only flash, not latch on. Side Lights are fine. Dip Beam fuses aren't blown and are getting 12v. Bulbs meter on...
