i'm sure this has been asked before, but my 'search' ability hasn't turned anything up...

Was the JX (1.6td) engine used in another car? Have seen many posts about the 1.9 aaz, but was hoping to look out for an MOT'd donor car with the 1.6td jx unit.

Shane ... why not go the multivan route? Extra money for the seats and not the L shape you are talking about, but works really well. Easily removed too if necessary. excuse my ignorance ... but where is the turbo and which pipe do I need to take off? Anyone got a picture?

new glow plugs in. dash light only stay on for a few seconds and starts easier. also found a broken wire on what might have been a temperature sensor, which might also explain the much improved dash light. Was staying on for about a minute before :shock: Have been out in it this evening. Drives well...

just done all four ... but had to put an old one back in cos I dropped one and can't get the little bugger. has been a bit difficult starting from cold. Fires but doesn't hold. Takes about 3 attempts and that is with waiting for the glow light to go out. I was hoping that might be a glow plug issue. :?
