Re: Syncropendence 2023

Definitely not a thing to be desired! Thanks for sharing the pics, it really does make a difference imho. Who knows , I might just make it next year! Ditto. The pictures are greatly appreciated. As our wedding was called off (dodged a depleted uranium shell, there) I departed for the homeland inste...

Re: Brake warning light and soft brake pedal

On my 83, the copper pipes had started to leak in a few places so had to rip them all out and have some replacements made.  Not a difficult job, just filthy and brake fluid isn't the nicest of stuff at the best of times.

If it's "just" the master cylinder then you're in for an easy win :)

Whilst this would make for an excellent stag-do weekend, I'm already committed elsewhere.  Hope you all have a great time!

Re: Campervan culture blackout westy curtains

I wonder if they are van x curtains I've been interested in these for a while. They seem to be a good product, but I haven't found anyone who has actually used them yet.  I fitted Van X curtains to my lads T4, quality is pretty good but they take an age to get the curves right on the ends of the ru...

Bumpers: Sand blasting, galvanising painting

So, my Cali imported bumpers aren't quite prepped for the British weather. I've had a look around, asked for some advice and the general consensus is to get them sand blasted, galvanised and re-painted. I've contacted Joseph Ash here in Kent but they don't do car stuff, so any suggestions would be g...

Re: Syncropendence 2023

Whilst I would LOVE to go, I have been instructed that as this is nearly within a month of our wedding we have other priorities....apparently :p  Will be at VW Breakout, though.  I have been let loose for next year though, so see you then!

T25 garage around Dartford area

I had a look at the Wiki pages and the closest reference was a place out in Rochester, but I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a T25 specialist or a good garage with classic VW knowledge around Dartford?  Ideally syncro-knowledge would be an advantage.  E D I T: Thanks for moving to the correct sect...
