Re: Why lift front of t25 when bleeding coolant.
I changed the link to Simon baxters have a read of that one. HI Rob, Seems to have worked nicely. I have got maybe 9ltrs of neat coolant in and maybe 2lts of water. I had replaced the feed pipe to the radiator so thought perhaps that had got all the old fluid out the system but it seems not. I will...

Re: temp sender wiring
Just found this post. My wires have snapped off the sender when I touched them. Not sure if that's the problem yet.

Re: Why lift front of t25 when bleeding coolant.
You don't need to lift the front. http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/forum/bleeding-the-cooling-system_topic29710.html Hi Rob, Thanks for getting back but the link you put in does state to lift the front of the van. " Put the van up your car ramps, or jack the front up at least 12"(or park on a ...

Why lift front of t25 when bleeding coolant.
OK, so why lift the front of a t25 while bleeding the coolant system. Seems odd as from what I have read so far you leave the top off the expansion tank. But with the front lifted the radiator is going to be higher than the expansion tank and gravity is push the water out the top of the expansion ta...

Re: Liquid gasket.
What's the surfaces of the head and pipe like? I think with when I built my engine I also used a smear of Blue Hylomar on the new gasket I fitted. The engine is in place and I am fitting the new gaskey by crawling under the van, so its all hard to see. Will dry it off and just go on the side of cau...

Liquid gasket.
Just replaced a gasket for the coolant system but it still leaks. It's in a real pain of a place to get to so hard to ensure the surface is good and smooth.
Has anyone used liquid gasket in combination with a real gasket?
Just looking for feedback. Any particular brand recommended?
Regards Chris.

Re: T25 coolant pipe replacement.
Well done. :ok Lowering the tank by just an inch will help with install. Anymore and you may dislodge the venting pipes. But while there consider exchanging the heatehr pipes, too. 4 metres required l think. 5/8 internal bore. Thanks, but been long enough under the van, think I will leave them for ...

T25 coolant pipe replacement.
Replacing the coolant pipe on T25. The old one seems to be jammed above the fuel tank. I am reluctant to take the fuel tank down but may lower it a bit to try to get a look what's going on. Failing that is there any reason I can't leave the pipe in and run the new pipe over the top of the other side...

Replace lock Cylinders T25
Hi folks,
I am after some replacement lock cylinders for our T25 1990. I can only find T4(dont fit) or complete handle sets (£225!).
Has anyone any idea which replacements I could use that will fit or links to where I could buy some.
Many thanks
Chris.

I am a total newbie on this so got a question for you.
Have you got the wireing diagram of how you hooked up the stereo to both batteries? Also what switch did you use?
many thanks
