I recently replaced my front springs and tried the lever method, but still they wouldnt come out so finally bought some spring compressors from "halfrauds" (about £20) and had to compress the springs about 2-3inches to get them out. i thought the lowered ones would go in easy but i had to ...

i have a california as well and always sleep"upstairs". i've extented the bed 12inches and have an insulation cover for the pop-top.I find theres more room to stretch out upstairs.by the way im 6' tall and not underweight!!!

i had the same thing with mine!.i was going to tap it out to 16mm from 14mm but as time was getting late i thought i'd "temp fix" it (bodge) so i fitted an extra plug seal and re-tightened it, perfick!!! have checked it regularly- no leaks yet :D will have another look at the next service....

just had a Remtec 2.1injection engine fitted in my westie,several problems eventually sorted out,have now done 500k,still going ok!!
main problem is the warranty is void if you use lpg!!!nothing on their advertising at all about this.
