Finally got the van idling after re-doing the timing. However, the idle goes from smooth to rough. Any load the engine stalls itself, seems to be a fuel problem. The timing is dead on with all the locks in place but I can't think what else it could be  

just a thought, you say you loosened/cracked open the unions at the injectors, all at once or one at a time starting with cylinder 1? I would say maybe a few minutes? 20 seconds on then leave it a bit then go again

Has anyone had the issue of fuel not coming out the injection pump into the injector lines? I've cracked the lines open and bled the pump but fuel enters the pump and then straight out the return pipe. I've removed the shutoff plunger in the solenoid on the pump to see if that was causing issues but...

Hi! I thought I replied! I've tried both of those with no luck! I've primed the pump and when I crank the engine over with the return line open fuel pours out. I've even pulled the shutoff solenoid plunger out but still not fuel to injectors. Pretty much out of ideas at this point on what it could be

Hi all!  Long time lurker here! Recently had the van booked in for a service but they couldn't do it due to it had a fuel leak from the injection pump.
