Radiators at the front !. Did wonder if it was just steam  caused bt wet radiator as it was snowing/raining heavily at the time,but never seen that before and temp gauge is defo higher than normal

Hi,  Had cambelt changed on van along with water pump, temperature gauge now reading just above halfway but gauge before always just below halfway .Took back to garage and some steam at front of van when stopped  so mechanic said he would have another look at it, says he has checked levels, left run...

mechanic thinks may have a split in back box causing soot but why would this get into air box?I cannot see a split and because the back box is welded to the downpipe i cannot remove it without removing downpipe  aswell  but looks like the studs / nuts on the manifold are corroded so badly they will ...

yes ,it is a foot switch, and i think a large tank may be the way to go in the future

thanks,dont want to go from battery direct as it makes sense to use cables that are already there and will be protected bt zig unit fuse,however i thought the switch would be on the live side? I only bought my bus in November and other than a couple of days out over winter have not used and still ye...

Ive probably not explained very well, what i was thinking is using the water level cable (yellow) as the +ve feed to the switch,then running a new cable through units from switch to the pump, and use the black as the -ve at the pump. I would have to connect yellow to the +ve terminal in the zig unit...

Just had my bus serviced and mechanic says had a small coolant leak which he has repaired and topped up coolant ,but when I've looked in expansion tank coolant looks orange/rusty water colour, but still looks pink in header tank! Invoice says G12 coolant used, could there be a reaction of some type ...
