Re: Breather tower / vented catch can
Hi T25Colin, like your set up.
Any chance you can give details of the breather?
I am interested in following your lead.
Cheers

Re: Brake issues
I removed my rear drums sorted things out then reassembled them. I had a similar responce on the rear brakes too. After some investigation I realised my self adjust systems were on the wrong sides, they were loosening not tightening. https://i.imgur.com/8p2Xtp0.jpeg Check you haven't done the same. ...

Soft Brakes
Brakes work but soft and slow decline when held on. Have looked at wiki and it suggests that master cylinder is faulty. ( do have a slight spread of fluid at back of cylinder) Question here is A. Buy new cylinder ( Brickwerks out of original) B. Replace all the seals, including reservoir gro...

Re: Fitting a c rail
Just a thought but could it be possible to have it both ways ? If you attach to the pop top cutting at the gap then put a similar size on tin top you could attach the awning be the roof up or down. You would have to align the tin top bit with the fixed roof bit and will just have a gap where they se...

I have an air awning, (2nd hand) can't remember what make but have been very happy with it in all weather's. https://i.imgur.com/d2HkWvm.jpg I will be looking for a new one eventualy and would recommend getting one with a canopy on the slope. Re: 1.9dg - turns over but won’t start
Do you push the pedal to the metal and release before you turn ignition?
This is to open the choke and has been mentioned by many on this forum.
If still not starting check the leads, distributer isn't loose and moved, check inside dizzy and clean connections, coil etc.
Good luck
