Well.
Not bad oil, but not new oil came out of the gearbox.........and a circlip came out too.
I think it's time to pull the gearbox out.

My oil man is on the trail of the GL4. I'm hoping that the oil is low and causing my poor gear selection, so just going to fill it to the filler hole. But if anyone knows the exact amount for a 4speed box I'll put that amount in.

Hi all. I hope you guys can help me. Just got a lovely 1985 camper with a sticky issue. When we get up to working temperature the box no longer returns to it's 3rd/4th gate and we end up having to drive home in 2nd. Once cold all the gears are where they should be and select beautifully. I've replac...
