Re: Rear bearings, housing and stub axel issue - question
Hi Aidan, From memory (a week ago 🙄) the outer bearings on both sides need pressing in equally. The inner bearing needed minimal convincing, one was defo easier to fit in than the other, so im guessing housing is worn as stated. I never used and bearing fit, lesson learned I guess. I will strip the ...

My question is, having changed the bearings and applied 500nm to the nuts, is it most likely yo be the bearing housing or stub axel at fault? Or mo...

JX fuel filter clamp
Hi all,
Does anyone have, or know where I can get a fuel filter clamp for my 88 jx diesel syncro.
I ordered a petrol one by mistake as it looked correct
What is the correct clamp for this location?
It certainly isn't this

A three legged puller, converted to tool 3032z (copyright pending).
For info, it took a 24 inch breaker bar to free it

Re: Tailgate glass frustrations
The gate is removed so I can take it to auto glass but there is a stubborn part of me that wants to do it. I will take an angle grinder to the glass soon

Tailgate glass frustrations
Hi all, technically a Syncro specific question as the tailgate says “Syncro” :) I have now tried, unsuccessfully 10 times to refit the glass in my replacement tailgate. After the 1st five attempts I bought a seal from brickworks to replace the one from justKampers. The brickworks one looks and feels...

I have noticed that there is a fair bit of cambelt dust/fibre when I removed the cover to inspect. St...
