multisi,
I'll look at the "correct way" of removing the guides as soon as I manage to source companies that make Custom made seat covers.
(As I mentioned in the first post.)
Meanwhile, many thanks for all your help.

Re: 1981 T25 Devon Moonraker Cab Seat Covers
multisi,
I "somehow" fitted new seat covers some years ago and it is my intention to remove existing and replace with new.

Re: 1981 T25 Devon Moonraker Cab Seat Covers
multisi,
Thanks again.
I managed to get one of the guides out - not too difficult - presume the others will follow when I'm ready.
Just out of interest - do you think I could have fitted the seat covers without taking the guides out?
I really can't remember taking the guides out in the past.
Thanks again.

Is there any way of removing them from the top?
I obviously did it before, but cannot remember how I did it!!!

davidoft1,
Thanks for reply.
I have to say that I have taken these guides out years ago when I fitted the existing seat covers, but I honestly can’t remember how I did it!!!
It definitely wasn’t done by going inside the seat.
Could you please expand on what you mean by using a screwdriver?
Thanks for reply.

Re: 1981 T25 Devon Moonraker Cab Door Locks
Aidan/Stesaw,
Got there eventually, though I have to say it sticks sometimes.
If I wiggle the key out very slightly all is fine?
Thanks for all your efforts.

Aidan,
Many thanks for your response.
I don't seem to be getting anywhere, probably because I don't really understand your instructions.
I have hopefully uploaded a pic - mabe this will be helpful.

sarran1955,
Thanks for that.
I think that just about answers all I need to know.
Just one thing - If any of the levers are placed in the central position, do they have any addtional functions?
Thanks for that.

It doesn't appear to answer the question re. the three lever version?

Hi,
My van has the three lever control panel on the dash.
Could someone kindly explain the positioning and functions of the three levers?

Re: Windscreen Washer Pump
bigherb,
Can't understand why I never had the problem before??
(Unless the previous pump wasn't original VW, as I am assuming) - and the previous pump did have a non-return valve built I?

Re: Windscreen Washer Pump
bigherb
Non-return valve fitted today - problem has certainly gone away.
Screen washer working every time.
Did the original VW pump have a built in non-return valve??
Thanks for your assistance.
