Aargh apologies probably my error in description not very mechanically minded might not be a fuel filter..

the fuel filter underneath the nearside by petrol tank has fuel in and fully loaded, filter and lines. Actually on inspection the fuel filter in the engine bay looks like its only about 25% full of fuel, not full - the filter bit doesn't appear to have any fuel in and there is some in the pipes but ...

Its just had a completely new cooling system installed including new radiator, fuel tank and fuel lines.

I can see fuel in lines under near-side and in engine..
