good to know it's called the oil cooler spigot
and liking the idea of removing it and replacing with a blanking plug/bolt -
and/or getting the correct pump -

mot pass - no advisories
took the forum hints - changed oil and filter - new air filter -
cleaned carb - half hour run in van - nicely warmed up - straight to mot appointment -
no probs

goes from - the little stubby outlet with what looks like white fur on it - right in the middle of the photo - goes to - the thin white adapter - just to the left of the throttle cable on the photo - which fits into a coolant hose running right across the engine bay - have a weber dat 34 - gulp - so...
