Hi everyone
Just got a set of ICT webers and it’s being fired to a 2.0 CU engine.
Has anyone any pictures of their set up in their vans?
I’m not happy with the throttle return and want to see if there’s a solution or if I’m missing something
Cheers

Re: Sloppy gear changes
Try brickworks.
There should be a kit available I got one and it made a huge difference to the van.
My 2 cents are the bush the shifter rod goes through is worn giving the sloppy gear change.

Re: Aircooled Alternator blower
The housing for the fan is on the new alternators as it’s the only way it can be attached to the engine. As far as I’m aware the pulley on the new alternator will not accommodate the original blower so I believe there’s nothing inside the housing. This cannot be good for an air-cooled engine surly t...

Been looking at getting a new alternator. I see Slaughter house customs have a upgraded one for the Aircooled engine. See below pic from their website. Re: SHC dash PCB upgrade with Tach for Aricooled!
Yes it is. It includes a digital gps speedometer which I think is great also.
Having a tach on air cooled would be so helpful.
For £399 I think it’s very good value!

Aircooled engine flap
Wrecking my brain here. 2.0 CU for reference This flap is disconnected I believe it’s for starting in colder climates to keep the heat around the engine and as it heats up the spring expands and let’s cool air around the engine at operations temperature. Which way should it be https://uploads.tapata...

Re: T25 Starter Motor Problems - Earth
Do what I did I had a similar issue. Buy some heavy duty cable and bring a negative feed directly from the starter to the negative terminal of the battery. I haven’t had an issue since. Relying on old earthing points not matter how often you clean them the vehicles are 40 years plus now so will neve...
