Window fitting - DIY or not?
Morning all, Van is currently in the garage having bodywork and a respray so obviously all glass has been removed. Garage won't be putting it back in for us but are happy to keep the van dry for us to re-fit before she comes home. Is it an easy enough DIY job between two people and some YouTube vide...

No, I definitely mean pop top with the area of concern presumably being at the front above the cab.

WWYD? Roof removal.
Our van is currently in the body shop for welding and a respray. When the job was initially discussed for the quote we advised that we were looking to have all visible rust removed including the pop top roof being removed to check for any rust underneath. Fast forward to now, some fault lies with my...

Re: Rock and roll bed platform plinth.
am also about to do this myself. so the engine bay plans would be handy for me too! struggling to find second hand interior so i'm thinking of going for the rusty lee 3/4 https://www.vwrustylee.com/campervan-beds/vw-t25/ We've just opted for an M1 camper bed instead of a Rusty Lee because we wanted...

Re: Rock and roll bed platform plinth.
I don't have it right now but i found a link on Google to someone that wrote a blog post detailing how they made one. Combe Valley Campers I think it is also sell one but for full width. We're about to need a 3/4 one which I really need to look into properly. Which are you doing? Sent from my M2101K...

Re: How do you fit BW's swivel seat battery clamp?
Thank you both. I'm not entirely sure that ours are factory swivel as i originally assumed... is it the bolt thread that's sticking up that it attaches too? I'm wondering if I've bought the wrong bracket. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211206/2edd5d830f5d3333c94571b96386e152.jpg https://uploads....

Re: Project Phoebe - a diary and some advice seeking
Sooo, we're back. Nothing has been done to Phoebe since the last post apart from trying and testing different things 'cause her engine wouldn't start but all sorted now. With any luck though, we'll now start making steady progress on her rebuild. She's now provisionally booked into the body shop in ...

Cant get her started - 1.6 JX TD
1.6JX TD She was running when parked up a year ago however was becoming difficult to start, now she turns over and chuffs a lot of smoke but doesn't catch. We've changed the fuel filter and run a hose directly from the pump to a can of fresh diesel so confident the pump is getting fuel. We've discon...
