Chinese air heater on Amazon

Just wondering if this subject has been covered. I am considering not putting my Eber back in my van as it it old, un serviceable and very expensive to fix or replace. We having a look around me wondered about these Chinese air heaters that are for sale on Amazon for a little a £90 ish. The reviews ...

Re: Boring tyre post

when I bought my 16" in Germany it had Yokohama geolander AT tyres on. They were great on mud (light), snow (heavy) and ice (solid). They lasted well and ran quiet on the road.

Re: The ultimate portable T25 tool kit

Are each of these spanner and sockets sizes especially chosen or just a case of they'll do?

Re: The ultimate portable T25 tool kit

I like your comments about "it depends on what jobs you are going to tackle on the road" if we all knew that we would do them before we were on the road :D I think your right though any time that I have had a problem out and about I have not had the proper tool for the job. New fuel filter...

The ultimate portable T25 tool kit

This is something that I have been thinking about for ages. Everytime I get an email from a tool company selling socket sets or complete car maintenence sets, just before I press the buy button because it looks such a good bargain I always hold back. The thoughts in my head saying but will they be t...

Re: "Here hold this while I change gear"

Yep with you there. Some people just have too many other things to do while they are meant to be driving. I need a coffee cup holder to put the coffee cup into while I am driving and only really take a drink on long straights or on the motorway. :ok

Re: "Here hold this while I change gear"

You know what bigherb, that might just be the answer as I have a couple of spare ones of them.

They will also fold away to avoid being trod on. Brilliant.

Thanks

"Here hold this while I change gear"

Hi there, Just wondering if anybody has found or come up with an idea of how to add at least one coffee cup holder that does not involve my wife or children. We have a bluestar at the moment and there is no where to hold a cup of coffee while driving. On our synchro we have one of these dash trays t...

Re: Eberspacher petrol heater

Whoops! darn spell check. It is an Eberspacher B2L.

I kind of thought that this might be obsolete but when its working its great. When last used it was just a wee bit noisy.

If I cannae refurb then what is the replacement for a petrol engine user and not gas on board.

Re: awning

The best awning by far is the Khyam motordome. I have had two of these one for a van and the other for my Syncro (needed the bigger one with a bit more height) effortless to erect compared to others and offer great space. You can also buy added rooms if you need it to be bigger. We need quick erect ...

Re: MPG different to the petrol garage you choose!

It must just be my driving style. I thought that I was onto something when I started to measure my car MPG as the journey I take is the same every day. But it must just be me.

I do have to agree with the Bishop in that all given petrol or diesel should be made to the same precise specification.
