I just shove it wherever! Use it to get on to the roof rack as well so need it handy.

Re: Footwell water leak
Try a bit of Vaseline around the antenna where it meets the bodywork. I do the same around the wiper and wiper jets.

Re: Hi all which is a better under body seal before i refit my gearbox stone chip, body Shultz, or wax oil???
Thanks guys for your advice ill look onto the syntax s50 seems like great stuff. Is it possible to get plastic bungs to fill the holes in the sills? They were quite hard to find last time I looked and quite expensive. Did find some on eBay though. Cannot remember if Brickwerks did any or were out o...

Re: Windows: to slide or not to slide?
I have a sliding window on the side of mine. Water was getting in and I wasn't sure why water was getting in. It wasn't until I cleaned out the channel and saw the drain holes had been blocked from years of grime. Once cleaned no more water getting into the van, it's worth mentioning that water do...

Good luck, I found it a bit nerve wracking, the hangover didn't help. Still got the return line to do!

Re: What size is the fuel pipe from tank to filter?
Found this interesting join between the 7.6mm and 5.5mm. Replaced with a proper reducer and new pipes now. Bloody difficult trying to get the 5.5mm onto the fuel lines! I am hoping I got enough of it in. How much should I aim to get in? Just enough for the clip to tighten on? Can you use some Vaseli...

Re: What size is the fuel pipe from tank to filter?
This is a good site to look at https://vwt25.blog/2016/05/04/replacing-the-fuel-lines/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Get your fuel lines from Brickwerks. On my 1.9DG all the hoses are 5.5mm except for the one from the tank to the filter which is 7.5mm and a small section o...

Re: What size is the fuel pipe from tank to filter?
Ok looked at the writing on the hose COHline 2240 seems to be a 13.5 outer diameter 7.5mm bore. It suggests it is ECO proof up to E15. Perhaps I might just keep that and just replace the filter? E D I T Aha same as the hose sent from Brickwerks won't bother replacing that then! Just the ones in the ...

What size is the fuel pipe from tank to filter?
Just replacing the fuel lines, thought it was 5.5mm either side of the filter but looking at what is there it looks like a 13.5mm between the tank and the filter?

Re: Oil pressure light.
I would be tempted to change the oil and filter as a matter of course as you have no idea when the last person did it or with what. At least then you know what is in the engine and can work on other things like the electrics.
