Re: Fitting ARB Awning from CVC
Here’s mine it was fitted by Jed so must be right! Been on 2 years now not a problem. Used to worry about the gutter when it was out in wind but stopped when I realised the aluminium poles on the awning will give up long before the gutter. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190624/ef60dfdfe67778a918...

Re: Shurflo pumps
Hi Patrick, I used to ride my bike through Littlemore to get to Sanford to go fishing, is the hospital still there? Remember being freaked out a couple of times by the day release patients! They were scary as a kid :) I skipped school once for the first day of fishing, fishing off of Wolvercote brid...

Re: Shurflo pumps
Hi, One for one against! :D my old Whale pump was just like your Shurflo bigbadbob76 loud and the bearings seized solid,no idea how old it was but for the price of a new one I’d be disappointed if it was as loud as my old one. Was talking to a friend today and he’s just installed this one on his boa...

Shurflo pumps
Hi, Anybody got any experience of Shurflo water pumps? The van came with a Whale pump and the bearings have finally given up so need to replace, looking online a replacement Whale is over £100. I can get a similar Shurflo pump for £49 but was wondering if they are any good? Are they really loud? I kn...

Re: Water tank gauge
Disconnected the battery and popped the control panel off and gave all the contacts a good squirt and the needle stopped moving altogether! Left it for a few minutes and all was working as it should. Filled the tank and added half a tub of Purclean rinsed it all out and I’m set for the year. Thanks ...

Re: Water tank gauge
Ok thanks,I’ll get some spray tomorrow and get to it. I was thinking electrical...after thinking I was maybe going mad! I stood there like a bit of a loon just pressing it,amazed at the needle moving! Glad it’s a simple fix.
Thanks again.![OK! :ok](./images/smilies/ok.gif)

Re: Water tank gauge
The battery is connected ok I wasn’t pressing the button for the picture. I was supposed to say above that the needle went nuts by jumping up to full then back to empty a few times and now when I press the button the needle barely moves as if the tank was empty but I know it’s not. Thanks for the re...

Water tank gauge
Hi, The gauge for water in our Autosleeper looks like this https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190519/7604ca17ecb0bcf11efc449f27331e2b.jpg It has always worked quite well, the tank has been fairly empty over winter, today I’ve changed the tap at the sink and the piece of hose that connects it to the p...

Re: The T3200E thread
Wow even rarer than I thought! Thanks for the info/education, I’m fascinated by it....can’t say I understand it all but I still enjoy reading it so thanks again. On car and classic at the moment there is a SA bus with the same ( I think)3.2 wbx. If I thought I had the skill set (and the money) I’d b...

Re: Help needed in Warwickshire
I was the member that popped over to see the bear! His van seemed to want to start, turned over well had a good spark, just wasn’t getting the juice it seemed to me. I picked up a late DG with all the ancillaries for spares which I’m happy for sarahandthebear to try bits off of. There engine is an ea...
