The new radiator will accommodate both types of switches. I don't understand why you want a single speed fan if you have the better two speed fan. its not the fan, I need a new radiator but the new rads are different, only one hole for thermoswitch and both water pipes at the bottom of radiator ins...

hi, i have a leaking radiator, which has two switches for the two speed fan i think. what are my alternatives for a replacement, can i fit a newer radiator with a single switch for both temps for the fan ????

look in westfalia roof ,stickers and parts section, page 4 under transporter 1980-91. looks the same.
