I fitted mine so the arm from the sender faces forward (front of van) when turned into the locked position. Difficult to explain but hope that makes sense. :D

I am sure this has been mentioned before but just in case:

I did this bush last year and tried for ages to get the bush over the lip on the stabilizer bar. Top tip: leave the bush for 5 mins in a container/cup of almost boiling water to soften it. Went on much easier when it was hot. :D

Havin' trouble with me nipples.....

The Van failed the MOT for having corroded brake pipes. Thats it, nothing else, so I was quite impressed. So, under the van I go later that night with a torch. Every main pipe you could see had the MOT testers 'chalk of doom' mark on it. Oh well, get on with taking them off. What a bloody nightmare!...

just a thought but one thing I learned from my landrovering days is that if you do have a small front end prang with a bull bar the mountings are usually the first thing to bend (it's physics innit, fulcrum point and all that) so the great big, steel bull bar gets pushed into the front of said vehic...

em, No I have never driven a 2.1 but glad I have bought it now looking at the comments in favour of it. OK, sounds much more straightforward just to take the intake manifold / carb off the 1.9 and bolt on to the 2.1. Think i'll do a compression test on the 2.1 before it goes in just in case. sorted!...
