Core plug oil leak?
Hi. 1.9dg
I have an oil leak from what appears to be a core plug on the rear face of the block. It's near to the bottom of the dipstick tube. I tried to post a pic of it but failed! Question: Is it a core plug and are there any problems replacing it. Any advice much appreciated Many thanks.

Re: Silver screen suction cups suckers.
Mr Bean. Yes I was told that before, and told to put them in hot water. I've tried all methods but the clear blighters just don't want to stay put.

Re: Silver screen suction cups suckers.
Thanks Itchy. They are different to the present clear ones. They are the problem. The grey ones are fine so I'll give them a try. I have ordered some slightly different ones too for the T4 so I'll compare them. Thanks again..

Silver screen suction cups suckers.
I bought 20 replacement window blind suckers from an ebay seller a while ago. They are totally useless. They are of the clear variety. The grey ones I have work great. Any idea where I can get some like for like replacements please? I realise I will need to pay more for quality ones.

Re: Battery Isolator Switch
I have one in both my T4 and T25. Mine is there as any anti theft device so I'm not saying where it is. I bought mine online. I believe Disco Dave on here may sell them, worth contacting him.

Hi Ash. Youngest son getting married this year. They're having two 'services' and a reception in someone's field!! He is buying some large gazebo's which he will be selling off cheap afterwards. I'll try to get a pic for you. They are well less than £100 I believe.

Re: Remove LPG
You know you want me to take the LPG conversion off your hands don't you? My Autosleeper was much more usable with LPG. Saved me a fortune in fuel. Keep it. you know it makes sense.

Re: Rock and Roll bed fitting
It certainly does. I'd love to know the origin of the hinges. I wonder if they were from a T2 bay. Anyway, no probs now. Just a couple of days and the interior will be finished.

Re: Rock and Roll bed fitting
Hmmm. Well they worked. I had some similar in a van I bought for spares a few years ago. This setup is the easiest I've ever used. It is a very simple one handed operation, works a treat. I got them from a good friend, Jeff, of Chapel Camper Hire https://www.chapelcamperhire.com/" onclick="...

Re: Rock and Roll bed fitting
Thanks for that CovKid. I did a mock up yesterday and it worked a treat. It's the actual fitting of the hinges to the van I'm not sure about. I actually dreamed of the job last night and it went perfectly!
