If the shop you take it to is doing the proper job i.e full body resto and you are payin good £££ then they should get all the panels perfect and straight. But if your payin for a flash over, if they are simply...

Re: Alternative Stereo Mounting

Hey up shortbloke how are you getting on with the install? I am thinking of doing something similar to house a double din head unit with built in sat nav. I was going to buy a speedo surround and work from there, but with a double din radio/satnav i will need to cut the dash a little-so i am waiting...

Re: spraying advice

What you need is 3m fine line masking tape. This comes in a couple of widths, 3mm 6, and i think 9mm. Heres some on ebay pretty cheap. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/3M-06521-Fine-Line-Tape-6mm_W0QQitemZ160318082866QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Body_Shop_Supplies_Paint?hash=item160318082866&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&...

Hi Splendiferous.

I've just replaced all the felts in both my sliders. Got them from Woolies Trim, i've posted you a link.

You will need the 12mm single track rubbers. Part number 317, its £2.70 par meter.

http://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/c-290-single-track.aspx

Hope this helps? :D
