Can anyone tell me if the exhaust systems on the early & late DG engines (1.9 petrol) are interchangable ? i have an early engine to replace the worn out late one.

i had same problem,have wrong switches fitted,the one at back of engine (low pressure,high rpm) should be 0.9 bar & the one at left side of engine (low pressure,low rpm) should be 0.3 bar.They have the pressure stamped on them & were quite easy to remove with a long screwdriver & light t...

im going to fit an after market rev counter,will i have to run a wire from the coil to rev counter or is there already a wire that runs up to the instrument pod that i can pick up from ?

I have a 89 blue t25 van,does anyone know the name of this colour or where i can find the paint code for it ? my local motor factors need it to mix me some paint & a touchup stick.

just purchased my first van (1.9 petrol panel van) it drives great but first gear is near impossible to find ? i have to ram it in several times to get it,sometimes ending up in 3rd or reverse,the rest of the gears are perfect.
please help anyone........
