Checked Wiki, but i can do rubber seals, never done metal ones before.

Im doing my timing belt at the min and was trying to figure this out aswell.

Hey guys reading a few forums i see a few folk talk about fitting a 1.9 PD engine into the vans..... What one is this?? from newer models of golf etc?? I used to own a 1.9 D ibiza (M reg 95) and was gona fit this engine, looks like the same block?? anyone done these engines?? Im really struggling to...

Thanx folks, air filter is off the van. I thought about the punp being wound open, didnt think about the timing tho!!

Hey guys, just bought a T25 today, my first one!!! Its a 1985 1.6TD Engine has a problem with over fueling. Its a little smokey on idle (not to excessive tho) however when the boost comes on all i get is black reak out the exhaust?? I think it mite be the injectors or the pump?? Anyone any ideas?????
