Hi For what it's worth I'm runing a Garrett it was fitted to the AAZ from a Passat and it goes very well. Still have the one from the jx just incase :?: Hobopatch :ok

Hi I spliced mine on the near side just by the side of the rely box with all the connections soldering done it was a bit tight but it work's fine, Hope this is of some help. Hobopatch :ok

Hi Pete, Could the top be screwed down and then a formica type top glued on top if so your going to have fun, Sorry.

HI wagenbod,My glow plug light comes on every time you turn on the Ign it then go's off when you start the engine, Not sure about the timer but I let mine stay on for about 5 to7 sec then start the old gal never had a prob so far.

Hi What I've used before is thin firm wire with the end to a point, work it behind the pin and then pull the pin out with care, hope this is of some use.

Hi, Rattybird I fitted one on mine if it's like mine there is a plug at the back of your fuse box but I had to run cables to the wiper plus a washer bottel I found it a bit of a fiddell. Hi,Syncropatrick I think you will need relay 99 in the wiper relay slot, Thats what i've got fitted in mine and it work's fine.
