Re: 1.9dg early to late straight swap?

If you use an auto engine you'll have to remove the torque converter, off it and replace it with the flywheel from your dead engine, you will need to check the crankshaft end float after doing this.

Re: ARB or Fiamna awning?

Finished off fitting my 2.3m Fiamma Caravanstore that I got for free from my sister. Bought a set of Fiamma F45 T25 gutter brackets, 2.4m ally box section with end caps and a three part 3.6m awning rail extrusion of which I used the two 1.2m end sections. So has probably cost me £100 https://uploads...

Re: Fresh water tank cleaning question

I used the puriclean in mine and drained and refilled it a couple of times, after driving it full up though it has stirred up some particulates so I think I will replace or fit a new inline filter. Though it should be safe.

Try asking Metalmickey on this site. He has supplied them to me in the past and knows the best ones to buy. Didn't he change his nick to Plasticman or something? He sorted out my rubber seals for me, just checked my messages from him and his forum name has indeed changed to Plasticman. Sent from my...
