Re: Too hot up top? Newbie.
All right Pete Mine was off Fleabay and is a 240v fan. I did notice there were a few 12v options aswell. Think I searched for 'desk fan' and they popped up. Our 240v fan works really well at cooling the temp up top, didn't fancy cutting into the roof for a leaky skylight. Cheers Sent from my SM-G975...

Re: Too hot up top? Newbie.
Evening Yehhh, ours is a Hightop which is painted gloss black so a bit of a heat magnet. My youngest daughter loves sleeping up there but it gets pretty warm. We thought about skylights etc but tried a ten quid electric desk fan with grip bracket and what a difference. Just moving the air lowers the...

Re: Best insurance company for Modified T25
Evening
I insure my modified and subaru converted T25 with Classic Line Insurance on an agreed value policy.
Price was cheaper than anywhere else I could find for the level of cover and they also offer a discount for 80-90 members.
Well worth a call.

Re: Stupid offside mirror grrrrrrrrrr!!
The Corrado's don't fold in all by them selves so pretty good from that point of view.
No offence taken by the way... each to their own.
Cheers

The front seats are out of a Ford Galaxy with built in swivel bases.
Quite a mod to the floor to get them to fit but really pleased with how they turned out.

Re: Stupid offside mirror grrrrrrrrrr!!
They seem to fit on the door bevel panel as per original mirror bracket pretty well. I've fabricated a 12mm spacer to raise the mirror angle and it works well. Also allows you to fit the spacer to the original door fixings and then fit the mirror to the spacer (drill and tapped). The fixing centers ...

Re: wbx subaru conversion
Morning
The intake pipe is one that RJES supply which fits with the standard Subaru air filter box.
You can then use a snorkle pice to feed up the rear pillar to the air intake louvers.
Also nice and quiet and looks pretty factory.
Cheers

Re: Automatic 2.1ltr T25
My auto gearbox in my 1988 Hightop is one of the best autobox's I've ever driven with and only just behind my Borg Warner 3 speed auto box in my XJS.
I was 100% surprised how good it is and would 100% recommend.

Re: Baffled by wheels and tyres - steel 16"
Simple answer is no. If you fit a 7mm spacer then it will bring down your overall et to 30. You'd need to check stud lengths and inner clearances but you could fit a slightly thicker spacer to lower your et to below 30 to account for the wider 7j rim. 1988 Hightop Camper originally 2.1dj now Subaru ...
