Thanks for the quick response. No work on brakes this year but did change the shoes last year I've been down to Cornwall from Yorkshire this year no problems. I think it was the foot brakes to be honest it all happened so quickly was at a very busy traffic light ! just had time to put hazards on and...

Morning all a bit of a strange one yesterday I had been driving for 2 hrs and I came to some traffic lights there was a bit of a thump and the brakes wouldn't release. I tried to move of twice but the van wouldn't budge then all of a sudden we were ok I was moving .I pulled over asasp nothing looked...

Hi double check the earth on the steering column I changed mine and the same happened. It was a loose earth on the column.

Thanks for all the comments I am not sure how the water gets in the foot well but it's coming in from somewhere since the new panel and screen.its been raining today so will check it again soon.

Hi thanks for the fast reply,s glass seems fully home , been round with creep crack sealant and the seal was German quality from custom and commercial .
Was just wondering if I'd mist out !!
Will give it another once over with the creeping crack!!!!

Morning all Had a new front panel and quality windscreen seal fitted to my 1988 1.9aaz LHD camper a few months ago and rain water is still trickling into the foot wells in the corner,s I put some creeping crack seal in last week but to no avail still a bit of water in it this morning has anyone got ...

Thanks again for your reply,s club 80-90 has been invaluable in my 10 + years of ownership ,and worth my donation every year.I ordered a new indicator stalk from brickwerks £ 15 including P&P arrived next day fitted this morning been for a drive and all seems fine.

I thought it was the indicator stalk brass contact but not seen another to compare it with. I will look into this later today.

The push part look,s ok . But iam not sure how much room there should be.The horn sounds when turning the wheel and the push part is hanging free on its wires a bit odd . Should the small brass contact in bottom pic be flat or raised any idea,s??

Thanks for the reply,s tracking has been done.The van is at standered hight, I prefer the look of the raised vans to be honest so lowering never been in the mix .The van doesn't have a spoiler fitted so that may be worth looking into.But iam wondering now if a new steering box would be worth it LHD ...

AAz 1.9TD 1988 LHD turning over but not starting .

Hi haven't started my van for nearly a week since driving to the lake District no problems.today it wouldn't start battery's good starter is cranking and is a year old it just won't fire up Iam thinking fuel any advice on what to check next would be great thanks in advance .
