Hi my washer bottle motor has failed I've checked it on a spare battery and nothing. It was bought about a year ago from brickworks, the van was sorned over winter so has had little use . Do you think it's bad luck or an electrical fault ??? Everything else seems to be working fine on the electrics ...

i am in the same boat i need to replace a side window in my Carthago but its not a standard westy size ive looked for ages but to no avail if i fined out i will post it on hear .

Hi my front L H side indicator has stopped working I've checked the bulb and it's fine all the others work. the relay clicks fast as if the bulb is out could it be the wiring? Sorry but car electrics really stump me .

1.6JXTD turbo boost pipe
Hi I've just tracked down a long running oil leak a protruding nut on the exhaust manifold has worn through the above pipe on the inside out of sight .
Has this happened to anybody else?
Any one know of a solution to stop the new one doing the same?

2 of my leek off pipes are weeping I've fitted new and re trimmed the ends but still they are weeping 1st pic is the dry one 2 Nd the weeping one should I be worried?

Good idea I would like to replace the 3 bolts in the pulley at the same time as there a bit rounded any idea what size they are .

Hi all 1988 1.6jxtd LHD
I have a brick werks 10x645 water pump belt fitted to my van I've taken all the spacers out of the pulley but it still seems a bit loose is there a smaller belt or am I missing something
Ps belt is as new .

Thanks for the quick response. No work on brakes this year but did change the shoes last year I've been down to Cornwall from Yorkshire this year no problems. I think it was the foot brakes to be honest it all happened so quickly was at a very busy traffic light ! just had time to put hazards on and...

Morning all a bit of a strange one yesterday I had been driving for 2 hrs and I came to some traffic lights there was a bit of a thump and the brakes wouldn't release. I tried to move of twice but the van wouldn't budge then all of a sudden we were ok I was moving .I pulled over asasp nothing looked...

Hi double check the earth on the steering column I changed mine and the same happened. It was a loose earth on the column.
