Front hand brake cable, where to get one?
Can anybody point me in the direction of where to get a front hand brake cable from, the one from the hand brake lever back to the balance bar? Tried GSF and they've no stock and can't get any more. The only other alternative is a genuine VW part but at £20 is a bit steep.
Any ideas peeps?

Will be cutting it out later today but i'll need new bolts, question: will any 19mm part threaded bolt and nut do or are they high tensile special...

Not sure about my setup as i don't trust it over 60 mph, maybe i should as it runs really well, but unsure of giving her a bit of a rev. Yes, the oil leaks will come and go, i'm still sorting out a few and i've had...

1Y alternator and water pump belts question
Hey all, Right, water pump belt broke on my 1Y the other day and when i went to get another one the guys at the motorfactors said that that engine only uses one belt, not two.
